Older Americans Month Walk!

Get your walking shoes ready! Hawkeye Valley Area Agency on Aging has scheduled the 4th Annual Age Strong! Live Long! one-mile walk in honor of Older Americans Month for Thursday, May 23, 2013 at 10:00 a.m.

Last year, the Age Strong! Live Long! one-mile walk to raise awareness about the importance of physical activity for older individuals attracted over 1000 walkers throughout the 10 counties served by Hawkeye Valley Area Agency on Aging. The walk is FREE and open to all ages. Walks are scheduled in 21 locations listed below.
