Hawkeye Valley Area Agency on Aging seeks Coordinator of our Healthy Lifestyle Center in Grinnell.  As Coordinator you will make an impact on the health and wellness of older persons in Poweshiek County.

Primary responsibility of the position will be to coordinate congregate, home delivered meal, and healthy lifestyle programs and conduct outreach.  Must have excellent communication skills, ability to work independently, customer service and organizational skills.
