Who We Are Hawkeye Valley Area Agency on Aging is a private, not-for-profit corporation serving individuals throughout 10 counties in Northeast Iowa.
Hawkeye Valley Area Agency on Aging coordinates services for individuals to help them maintain the independence they desire. Services we provide include options counseling, case management, meal programs, caregiver support, respite services, consumer protection, evidence based health programs, and advocacy. We serve the following counties in Iowa: Black Hawk, Bremer, Buchanan, Butler, Chickasaw, Grundy, Hardin, Marshall, Poweshiek, and Tama.
